Site blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this new photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying different sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
